The Warranty Technician will troubleshoot, investigate, and identify the root cause of train trouble. The technician will address issues whether they are client, supplier, or Alstom repair required, and will properly and completely fill out appropriate documentation. Interaction with suppliers may be necessary for supplier warranty issues, and technicians will be required to download and interpret component logs. Additionally, technicians may assist with the materials team for logistical site support (Inventory, warranty claims, etc.) and will assist Engineering in the resolution of Technical Issues (TI).
