About The Position

Design, develop, and implement interfaces for integrating diverse data sources into the PI System, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement optimizations to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness using automation. Manage and administer the Aveva/OSIsoft PI System ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability. Troubleshoot PI products. Collate Refining and Midstream Operational data from various sources to support analysis of time series data for business intelligence. Collaborate with internal IT teams, engineers, and analysts, to understand requirements, to help develop and implement solutions. Develop, finalize and document business and functional requirements. Drive continuous improvement opportunities.Contribute to product development providing feedback to leaders and key stakeholders on progress/challenges. Recommend software updates to ensure appropriate functionality is accessible to support business processes. Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to data governance, security, and privacy along with company standards, and policies. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes to facilitate knowledge transfer and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field followed by 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a PI Developer/Administrator-related occupation.
