Job Description: The Medical Physicist supervises the Dosimetrists and Radiation Therapists in treatment planning and devises methods to apply laws and theories of physics to radiation medicine under the direction of the director of physics by performing the following duties. We are seeking a clinical Medical Physicists to join our team. We have several centers in the area (including East Boca Raton, West Boca Raton, Coconut Creek, and Plantation) offering external beam radiotherapy, radiosurgery, and HDR brachytherapy. This position will be split time between our Lauderdale Lakes and Coconut Creek locations with occasional travel to adjacent clinics needed for cross-coverage. Experience with Elekta linear accelerators required and with AlignRT preferred. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our SRS program at Lauderdale Lakes, use some of the latest industry treatment and calibration equipment, and work with a close-knit team of experienced physicists.
