About The Position
Theoria Medical is seeking a full-time attending physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services to residents in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). The physician will collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day-to-day resident care, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment for both acute and chronic conditions. This position offers a flexible schedule with no overnight duties, weekends, or on-call requirements, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. The physician will utilize Theoria’s proprietary electronic health record (EHR) system, ChartEasy™, and participate in various medical quality initiatives and programs.
