About The Position
Theoria Medical is seeking a part-time physician to serve as the medical director for skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and participate in administrative and quality initiatives. This role includes attending monthly quality assurance meetings, providing guidance to facility staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The physician will also serve as the attending physician for residents, collaborating with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day-to-day resident care. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients, completing documentation in proprietary EHR systems, and participating in various medical quality initiatives.
