About The Position

Fountain Life is seeking an exceptional Physician (MD) to join our innovative and dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care to Fountain Life clients. You will also contribute to administrative and educational initiatives, helping shape the future of proactive healthcare.

Requirements

  • Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification or board eligibility in a relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine).
  • Eligible to practice medicine in all 50 states.
  • Proven clinical experience with strong diagnostic and treatment skills.
  • Strong understanding of advanced medical technologies, preventative care strategies, and performance medicine.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • Commitment to patient-centered, proactive health optimization.
  • Strong ethical standards and adherence to HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in longevity, preventative, or precision healthcare is highly preferred.
  • Clinical experience in longevity, preventative, concierge, or precision medicine.
  • Training or certification in age management, lifestyle medicine, or functional medicine.
  • Familiarity with genomics, biomarker testing, and AI-driven health assessments.
  • Experience in a concierge or membership-based healthcare setting.
  • Research experience or publications related to aging, regenerative medicine, or health optimization.
  • Passion for innovation and advancing the future of healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain detailed medical histories and perform thorough physical examinations.
  • Order, review, and interpret laboratory, radiographic, and electrocardiographic studies.
  • Develop individualized care plans and coordinate necessary follow-up tests and specialty consultations.
  • Assist with medical procedures within scope of practice.
  • Provide emergency care when needed and document all interventions per established protocols.
  • Complete accurate and timely medical records, including visit notes, review of results, summaries, and referral documentation.
  • Educate patients on post-treatment care, prescribe medications, and ensure clear communication of care instructions.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, billing, and safety standards, and adhere to American Medical Association clinical practice guidelines.
  • Engage in administrative and educational activities through Fountain University.
  • Support the Center Director with clinical operations, budgeting, and technology initiatives to ensure excellence and growth.
  • Contribute to a 60%+ membership renewal rate by delivering an exceptional care experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to enhance the patient experience and organizational success.
