Requirements

Currently licensed to practice medicine in the state of hire
References
Cleared background check
MUST be willing to travel to various correctional facilities in the Northern part of the state. Counties that may be included but not limited to: (Porter, LaPorte, Newton, Jasper, Starke, Marshall, Fulton, Kosciusko, Fulton)
This position does require some flexibility and the need to possibly work days/nights/weekends
