Mobile-First Documentation: Our custom software is designed to be mobile and intuitive. No more spending your entire Sunday catching up on EHR charts. Finish your work at the bedside and leave your work at the facility. Compensation & Benefits We understand the South Florida market. Our compensation structure is designed to reward efficiency and clinical excellence: Average Annual Earnings: $220,000 – $250,000 (No earning cap as an Independent Contractor). High Achievers: Top performers earn $300,000+ via performance bonuses. Transparent Pay: A per-patient and per-procedure structure that rewards your hard work. Expert Specialty Training: We bridge the gap from your current specialty with 36 hours of company-provided CME, hands-on workshops, and specialized wound care training. Meaningful Clinical Work Lead the way in the post-acute setting using the latest advancements in wound healing: Surgical Debridement and other essential bedside procedures. Advanced Dressings and specialized healing protocols. Collaborative Care within the Palm Beach County post-acute ecosystem.
Requirements
- Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Florida Medical License: Clear and unrestricted (or eligibility to obtain).
- DEA License: Active (or eligibility to obtain).
- Open Background: We welcome Surgeons (all backgrounds), Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine physicians. No previous wound care experience is required; we provide comprehensive specialty training to pivot your career.
