About The Position
United Anesthesia Services, P.C. (UAS) is seeking a BC/BE anesthesiologist for a highly desirable night float position in a community hospital setting just 35 minutes from Center City Philadelphia. This is a lifestyle-driven opportunity offering predictable scheduling, significant time off, and a stable, collegial care team environment. Schedule: • 7 PM – 7 AM • 7 days on / 14 days off • 121 in-house calls annually • 17 working weeks per year Practice Setting: • Community hospital • In-house MD + in-house CRNA • No heads, hearts or trauma • OB service (~1,400 births/year) • Care team model Compensation Package: • $400,000 salary • 3% 401(k) contribution + 3.5% profit sharing upon eligibility UAS the region's largest physician-led private practice with exclusive agreements at Main Line Health, Jefferson Health, Penn Medicine, and regional ASCs.
