About The Position

You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this position. Compensation and Benefits: Compensation Base: - excellent compensation package based on MGMA standards, training, and experience. Compensation is data driven, and physicians work under a RVU model but also have a guaranteed salary in the first 2 years. Referrals are split and shared among the group as they come in, not identified. To be discussed at interview. Sign-on bonus Potential productivity bonus Student loan repayment and/or educational stipends for residents and fellows Professional liability coverage Health insurance Dental and vision Short- and long-term disability Life insurance Paid CME – the practice assumes some of the physician’s expenses such as membership in one organization, renewal of licenses, etc. Paid time off for CME, holidays, sick, vacation, etc. (37 days per contract year)
