Position Summary MultiCare is seeking a Reconstructive Urologist to join our well-established, thriving program. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality reconstructive urological care in an outpatient practice to include clinic visits, procedures and surgery, as well as provide on-call Urology coverage for the MultiCare Health System. It is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth of an integrated Urology practice with community partners across Puget Sound.Responsibilities • Coverage of assigned MHS facilities as outlined in practice plan • Inpatient consults, ED consults, Rounding • Perform bedside procedures, including cystoscopies as well as other necessary urologic procedures • Urgent/emergent surgery • Clinic consults, follow ups and procedures • APP/staff/resident Training and ongoing education • In-basket Management • Manage Patient List Requirements • Board certified or board eligible Urologist • WA state license required • DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority required • BLS for Healthcare providers – certification by AHA required • Robotics optional, not required Our Values As a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, Kindness and Joy. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $631,000.00 - $710,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
