About The Position
Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR) is seeking an enthusiastic, Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Urologist with Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) training to join our established practice in Santa Rosa, California. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high‑quality pelvic floor and reconstructive care. Candidates may incorporate general urology along with their FPMRS subspecialty interests. Position Highlights Flexibility for 0.8-1.0 FTE (1.0 FTE/35 hours per week) Focus on FPMRS with the ability to incorporate general urology Opportunity to assume an established physician’s practice, with a current focus on robotic sacrocolpopexy, mid‑urethral slings, InterStim therapy, and bladder Botox procedures. Strong referral demand Modern clinic located adjacent to the hospital and ASC Regional hospital without trauma Da Vinci robot available Integrated EPIC EMR across inpatient and outpatient settings Collaborative environment with strong support staff and a robust primary care network Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
