The group is comprised of over 220 physicians across 19 locations, offering over 40 specialties with a robust internal referral network. The practice services an 864-bed hospital and a joint-venture surgical center located just one block away. The position includes access to Davinci robotics and EPIC EMR. Partnership eligibility is available after 2 years, with a guaranteed salary plus bonus for the first year. The compensation structure is rewarding with no practice start-up costs. The practice also provides advanced diagnostic support, in-house labs, and a full radiology suite onsite, along with robust administrative support for billing, coding, transcription, EMR, staffing, and more. Notably, there is no state income tax in Florida!
