The Practice Imperial Beach Health Center – Imperial Beach, California Vituity and Imperial Health Centers are partnering to provide Urgent Care services as their two health centers. The goal is to provide an integrated care model, providing patients with continuity of care in one place for their health journey. The urgent care provides patients with the opportunity to seek and obtain episodic care. Hours of Operation: Presently, Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Point of Care Testing Supportive team The Community Imperial Beach, California, located at the southernmost tip of coastal San Diego County, is a laid-back beach town known for its stunning ocean views, relaxed lifestyle, and strong sense of community. Living here means enjoying wide sandy beaches, spectacular sunsets, and year-round outdoor recreation such as surfing, biking, fishing, and birdwatching at the nearby Tijuana River National Estuarine Research Reserve. - Board Eligible/Certified Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physicians.
