As an EMT/Physician Substitute, you will leverage your emergency medical training in a new and rewarding environment, playing a crucial role in the plasma collection process. Your primary responsibilities will include screening and assessing potential plasma donors, conducting physical exams, managing adverse reactions, and performing immunizations. You'll work closely with the Center Manager and Center Physician, utilizing your ability to stay calm under pressure and your commitment to following established safety protocols.
