About The Position

The West Virginia University School of Medicine and Department of Community Practice seek an orthopedic surgeon (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor) to practice at Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV. Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the area of orthopaedic sports surgery. This is a full-time faculty position with an emphasis on caring for patients with a wide variety of sports medicine related injuries. The West Virginia University Health System is West Virginia’s largest health system and the state’s largest employer. The System has undergone significant expansion in specialty and sub-specialty care in areas such as cancer, heart and vascular, and neuroscience, among many others. Requirements

Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license.
Successful candidate must have completed orthopedic surgery residency program and be board certified / eligible in orthopedic surgery.
All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
