About The Position

Overview The Specialist Physician Sourcing is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of physician and Advanced Practice Providers (APP's) to support UF Health's recruitment needs. This role partners closely with Physician Recruiters, UF Health College of Medicine departments, and administrative stakeholders to execute targeted sourcing strategies, strengthen academic and professional relationships, and ensure a robust, sustainable candidate pipeline for growth initiatives. Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's degree. Specific course work: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Preferred Education: N/A Required Licensure/Certifications: N/A Preferred Licensure/Certifications: N/A Required Experience: At least 2 years of physician or provider recruitment experience (preferred sourcing focus) -AND- 3-5 years of recruitment experience in healthcare or a related environment and supporting events management, outreach, or professional networking initiatives. Requirements
