About The Position

Basic and translational cancer immunology research in melanoma. Submit grant & trial proposals. Transfer to Emory and/or over 3-4 years progressively secure extramural support for 65% or more of the research-related expense of your salary. Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, and present work at (inter)national mtgs. (e.g. ASCO, AACR, etc.).Patient Services (subject to change):1. Outpatient: 2 weekly half-day sessions.2. Inpatient: oncology attending and consultative services at least 2 weeks per year, subject to service needs and equity with others.Teaching: supervise residents & HMO fellows, give appropriate/nec. lectures. NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
