To facilitate and manage provider schedules to maximize customer service, patient access, provider productivity, and business operations. To complete the pre-registration process including using practice management software to capture accurate demographics. To make referrals for financial counseling and/or physician referrals/authorizations/certifications. Functions as lead scheduler to the department. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of office procedures. Verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills. Skill in the use of computers and relevant software applications. Ability to work in a team environment.
