About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Physician’s Clerk to support our physicians and nurses with administrative and organizational tasks. This role is essential to ensuring smooth clinical operations and timely communication across departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in medical administration preferred
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative setting strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to physicians and nursing staff, including scheduling, documentation, and data entry
  • Maintain accurate medical records and assist with chart preparation
  • Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Assist with general office duties such as filing, faxing, and managing correspondence
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
