About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in a per diem position. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. This role involves conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and assisting in patient management. Candidate must have evening and weekend availability and reliable transportation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field.
• Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• State licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement patient management plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Participate in patient follow-up and ongoing care management.
