Tail) Health/Dental/Vision Retirement (403b) Requirements: Licensed as an advanced practice professional and be certified as a Physician's Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or other Advanced Practice Professional in Idaho. Meet the medical center’s customer service standards including interpersonal communication and professional conduct expectations. Previous nursing and/or advanced practice provider experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, is strongly preferred. Comfort with ECGs and cardiac patients is a must. Comprehensive assessment skills, expert clinical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to facilitate capture of all pertinent patient and operational information necessary to achieve successful patient outcomes and organizational efficiencies. Demonstrate strong leadership skills, exceptional communication skills, and collaboration with Cardiologists, Oncologists, Radiologists, Pharmacists, echo-techs, and other members of the medical staff and administration. Maintain a flexible schedule to ensure patient and staff needs are addressed and documented in a timely manner. Familiarity with computer systems and comfort with electronic health care records is required.
