Our services include Pediatric Care, Adult Care, Dental Care, Behavioral Health, Case Management, Prenatal & Womens Health, Substance Abuse Treatment, HIV/AIDS testing and treatment, Health Education, Outreach and WIC services. We're looking for someone to join our team as a Physician Rheumatologist who:Will provide specialized care in diagnosing and managing patients with rheumatic diseases and autoimmune disorders, working in collaboration with our licensed independent providers, clinical pharmacists, and care teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient consultation and management of patients with rheumatic and autoimmune conditions (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, vasculitis, osteoporosis).
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging and laboratory studies, to guide treatment decisions.
  • Perform joint aspirations, injections, and other rheumatologic procedures as appropriate.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
  • Refer patients to other specialists as clinically indicated.
  • Collaborate with primary care providers, clinical pharmacists, and ancillary staff to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with CSV policies and federal regulations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education activities.
