About The Position
The position involves daily physician management and treatment of patients at the Clinic/Practice. The individual will provide clinical services including diagnosis, treatment, and referral, while participating in the establishment of office policies and medical protocols. Responsibilities also include referring patients to specialists, complying with policies and procedures, and maintaining communication with patients, payers, and pharmacies. The role may require participation in community events and public relations, and it is understood that some duties may fall outside of regular office hours. The individual will perform various physical exams and may serve as a Medical Review Officer or Director for on-site laboratory services if applicable.
