Requirements

• M.D. or D.O.
• Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship or early into their final year.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency
• Kelsey-Seybold Clinic accepts H-1B Visas.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Physician Pathways Program with assigned mentorship.
• Spend 1-3 hours per month on program activities to learn how to operate as a full-time physician.
• Complete the customized program at Kelsey-Seybold facilities and/or virtually.
• Gain exposure to primary care or specialty care within a team-based practice environment.
