The focus will be on promoting, understanding, and providing solutions, cultivating robust partnerships with local healthcare providers within a defined geography. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare or related.
  • 3 years of experience in business, sales, marketing, account or project management, healthcare or related.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and initiative, excelling in both collaborative team efforts and independent, results-driven contributions.
  • Experience navigating ambiguous situations, project management, and executing on impactful growth plans.
  • Proven track record of success in sales environments with a focus on meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Proficient in navigating and interpreting data for analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in relationship-based sales, other healthcare-related sales, or experience in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and nurtures deep relationships with local healthcare providers within a defined geography.
  • Shares insights and feedback with internal stakeholders to contribute to the development of appropriate solutions and responses to provider needs.
  • Collaborates with leaders and operational partners to prioritize and refine growth initiatives and outreach strategies.
  • Engages in problem-solving, addressing issues that may arise with healthcare providers, escalating when necessary to leadership.
  • Supports the execution of relevant educational needs, collaborating with clinical leaders as needed to engage healthcare providers.
  • Engages in field activities and client interactions.
  • Documents outreach and activities in Salesforce.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards.
