About The Position

The role involves answering calls from the physician referral call line, coordinating appointments, and providing necessary follow-up while delivering exceptional customer service. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with resources such as the Regional Referral Center and the organization's On-Call service. The responsibilities of this position include managing incoming call volumes from referring physicians, scheduling appointments and procedures, and developing tools to track and measure success.
