Responsible for all tasks that lead to the successful recruitment of new physicians and advanced practice clinicians (APCs). Process all incoming applicants into applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide communication to applicants. Work with recruiters to provide timely communication to all applicants. In partnership with the physician recruiters, schedule interviews to include catering, restaurant reservations, preparing interview itineraries, interview packets and maintaining outlook schedules. Update applicant tracking system (ATS) system once position has been filled. Prepare department reports and other duties as needed. Assists in developing philosophies, plans, strategies and tactics that ensure the success of the physician recruitment process. Will be required to attend onsite meetings as needed within the east bay region.
