About The Position
This position is incentive eligible. HCA Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Physician Recruiter to manage full cycle physician and advanced practice provider recruitment and placement activities for their respective division or line of business. The role involves building effective partnerships with hospital and operations team members, establishing relationships with facility CEOs, and developing recruitment plans compliant with current standards. The position will support the North Texas Division in Dallas, TX, and the candidate must reside in the area.
