About The Position

The Physician Recruiter is responsible for recruiting physicians and mid-level providers, ensuring successful onboarding, and developing strategic recruitment plans. This role also focuses on staff retention through practice enhancement and development activities, as well as administering physician contracts and processing payments in accordance with those contracts.

Requirements

• Three years of experience conducting physician recruitment at a high level (Director, C-Suite) required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a health-related field required.
• Excellent analytical skills and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and government reimbursement methodologies including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Employment Contract Implementation preferred.
• Master's Degree preferred.
