About The Position
The Recruiter will develop and implement strategies to attract top talent in alignment with the MFA's mission and values. This role is crucial for achieving the MFA's talent acquisition goals, enhancing performance and growth, and establishing the MFA as an 'Employer of Choice' in the healthcare provider market in Metro DC. The position is fully remote and is expected to last between 3 to 9 months.
