About The Position

The Corewell Health Community Medicine Clinic is adding a part time psychiatrist to care for patient's behavioral health needs and collaborate with their well-seasoned team of primary care providers. This position will have a high level of multidisciplinary collaboration, including case conferences. The ideal candidate is BC/BE in general psychiatry and passionate about caring for the underserved and providing expert guidance to primary care providers, psychotherapists, and social workers. If your interest is in a full time practice, we can explore opportunities to round out a full time position. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • BC/BE in general psychiatry
  • LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
  • CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
  • CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
