Requirements

MD or DO from accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
Board eligibility or certification in Psychiatry.
Current and unrestricted New York State license and DEA required.
Bilingual English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) required.

2+ years of experience preferred but all welcome.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and psychopharmacologic management to clients with mental health disorders.
Provide crisis interventions to patient or family as needed.
Collaborate care with psychotherapist on cases requiring behavioral treatment.
Coordinate care with family, school, community organizations or other agencies as needed.
Document evaluations, psychopharmacologic, and individual/family therapy interventions timely at EMR system.
Participate in network activities such as team meetings, provider meetings, grand rounds, and training sessions.
