Requirements

Medical Degree (MD or DO)
BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active license in Georgia or eligible to obtain
Epic EMR
Ability to provide primary care services to all ages or 12 & up
Commit to a Monday Friday schedule; normally 8am-5pm
