About The Position
The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare organization in Las Vegas, New Mexico to hire a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. This full-time role provides an opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative, supportive environment. The practice offers a manageable patient load, access to mid-level provider support, and a focus on work-life balance. Position Details: Flexible schedule: 4x10s or 3x12s (Clinic hours: Mon–Thu, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.; Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) No call responsibilities Average patient volume: ~28/day with ~5 procedures/day Collaborative team including FNPs and PNPs Competitive salary and full employed benefits Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance negotiable
Requirements
- MD or DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Board certified or board eligible
- Active New Mexico medical license (or ability to obtain)
