About The Position

Assumes responsibility for all operations of the office including maintaining provider, patient and staffing schedules; coordinating and facilitating meetings; and ensuring staff is compliant with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. The Supervisor I level of responsibility includes more than 17 direct reports, more than six (6) providers, working RVU’s of greater than 20,000, or a supervisory role for a teaching practice or multiple locations.

Requirements

High School Graduate or equivalent
Three (3) years relevant medical office experience
One (1) year in a supervisory role or successful completion of UHS Supervisor In Training program
