Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or a healthcare related field required OR Associates Degree and 4 years of related healthcare experience OR 15 years of Physician Practice Operations experience in a large, Multi-specialty and multi-location physician practice organization.
• Ability to develop, organize and implement various programs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Evidence of an ability to work well with others, a team player.
• Evidence of teaching skills.

Nice To Haves

• MHA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Northside Hospital physician practices and Northside Hospital.
• Assure compliance with Northside policies and procedures.
• Maintain a productive, financially secure work environment.
• Oversee multiple assigned providers and their office staff at multiple locations.
