Job Summary Reporting to the Director of the MHMG Project Management Office, the incumbent is responsible for consulting on processes related to the onboarding activities of acquired/MSO physician practice arrangements, from due diligence through integration into Memorial Hermann Medical Group (MHMG). Key activities include: deploying as needed to serve as a primary liaison with prospective provider groups to coordinate the implementation, training, support, and ongoing maintenance of all activities related to the onboarding process, as well as tracking the 30/60/90 days post go-live reporting. Also responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities related to all integrated onboarding activities. Travel is required in this position.
