Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Accounting, Business, Health Care or related field.
• Previous physician practice management or healthcare related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Nice To Haves

• PMP Certification
• 5 years prior experience in project management preferred.
• Evidence of the ability to work well with others, a team player
• Ability to organize and implement various programs

Responsibilities

• Coordinates project management activities for all physician practice management engagements including employed physicians and Physician Service Agreements
