Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

  • Healthcare Capital Project Experience: A proven track record of managing medical office build-outs, facility expansions, or complex clinical relocations.
  • Strategic Vendor Negotiation: Demonstrated success in bidding, negotiating, and managing contracts with construction firms, equipment vendors, and logistics providers

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate End-to-End Practice Launches by leading the strategic planning, organization, and physical setup of new physician clinics to ensure a seamless "Day 1" for providers and patients.
  • Direct Capital Project Synergy by collaborating with architects, construction managers, and contractors to audit building plans and ensure facility progress meets rigorous clinical standards.
  • Master Vendor & Supply Chain Logistics by negotiating high-value contracts and managing the complex installation of specialized medical equipment and fixtures across new practice locations.
  • Architect the Brand Presence for new practices by partnering with marketing teams to design and deploy high-impact clinical materials that drive local market awareness.
  • Synchronize Multi-Departmental Workflows by serving as the central hub between internal stakeholders and external partners to move projects from blueprint to operational excellence.
