Manage office operations and provide direction for team members. Recruit, hire and terminate personnel with HR guidance. Monitor compliance programs within assigned practice. Prepare monthly reports, review and analyze data, and present to leadership. Assess procedures and systems for process improvement and institute positive changes. Meet established budget/benchmarks for revenues, expenses, volumes, etc. Maintain current knowledge on laws and regulations governing clinic business. Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
