  • Provide inpatient care as a Pediatric Hospitalist.
  • Rotate between Emergency Department, Inpatient, and Nursery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain board certification and complete required annual education.
  • Board certification required: must be B/C within 5 years of graduating residency or fellowship.
  • Full-time availability for 2 shifts, 20 hours each per week.
  • Base Salary $170k + quality/productivity incentives.
  • Paid time off (PTO): accrued; approximately 250 hours, plus 5 days and $6,000 CME.
  • Employer-funded 403(b), employee-funded 457.
