About The Position

The Pediatric Gastroenterology Division at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible physician to join their clinically focused practice. This role involves providing consultations for children with various gastrointestinal disorders, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to program growth and development, particularly in Hepatology. Requirements

• Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Gastroenterology.
• Successful completion of a fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology.
• Physician (MD) or Osteopathic Physician (DO).
• Federal Narcotics License from the State of Michigan.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in Hepatology and program growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations for children with gastrointestinal disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RN's, MA's, dieticians, and social workers.
• Participate in program growth and development, particularly in Hepatology.
• Support clinical and basic research initiatives.
