About The Position

Mosaic Life Care Pathology has an exciting opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist with Cytopathology training. As a vital member of our pathology team, you will provide high-impact diagnostic support through timely and accurate intraoperative consultations and cytology evaluations—including immediate FNA assessments. You’ll leverage your expertise in complex gross examinations, ensuring meticulous documentation of margins, dimensions, and inking for everything from small biopsies to major resections. Beyond morphology, you will take a lead role in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) by selecting, validating, and interpreting antibody panels (such as PDL1, HER2, and MSI) to provide comprehensive diagnostic insights. We value a collaborative spirit, as you will be an active voice in our Tumor Boards, translating complex pathology and molecular findings into actionable treatment plans for the clinical team. Practice details: Strong team approach to patient care with unwavering commitment to quality Average 5,000 cases/Pathologist, 15,000 surgical cases/Lab annually Shared call rotation for intraoperative frozen sections and urgent clinical lab consultations In-house IHC staining 80% Inpatient, 20% Outpatient Epic EMR

Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist
