About The Position
Mercy Primary Care is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible physician to join our practice in Edmond, OK. This is a practice share opportunity working 2-3 days per week. Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Edmond Santa Fe focuses on Value-Based Care, allowing for more time with patients, relationship-driven interactions, and a quality-focused approach. The position offers exceptional work-life balance and an administration dedicated to removing barriers. Physicians will collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers to achieve professional satisfaction, and will have a dedicated panel RN for telephone encounters, triage, and in-basket support. The system-wide EPIC EMR and DAX Copilot are available to assist in patient care. The position guarantees a salary with four optional production models available. Additionally, there is a comprehensive Physician Wellness Program focused on reducing physician burnout, with no evenings, holidays, or weekends required.
