About The Position

Essentia Health is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join an established practice in Bismarck, North Dakota. This opportunity is within a stable, clinician-led organization that offers an exceptional quality of life. The position involves replacing a retiring physician and comes with excellent referrals from a large primary care group. The anticipated schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with an expected patient load of 22-27 per day. The call schedule is 1:4 in a city-wide shared call group, and there is an ambulatory surgery center located in the same building as the clinic. There is no required inpatient practice, although trauma call is an option. Essentia Health is recognized as a 5 Star CMS Hospital for Quality and is a Level II Trauma Center with an EPIC organization. The position offers a two-year income guarantee, production incentives, a signing bonus, and a generous benefits package.

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in Otolaryngology.
• Valid medical license to practice in North Dakota.
• Board certification in Otolaryngology.
