About The Position

The Westchester Medical Center Health Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is recruiting a Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon to join our academic practice. The successful applicant will be based at Good Samaritan Hospital with an outpatient office located in Suffern, NY adjacent to GSH inpatient and outpatient facility. The hospital is located in a beautiful suburban setting, 25 minutes north of New York City, and serves as a busy American College of Surgeons accredited Level 3 trauma center. Applicants must possess skills in general Orthopaedic surgery and Orthopaedic foot and ankle surgery. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1-3 years experience and excellent clinical, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. The candidate will be joining a highly respected department with multiple locations supporting orthopaedic residency and fellowship training programs. The candidate should be board certified or board eligible by the ABOS and be eligible for an academic appointment at New York Medical College. This is an employed position within the Westchester Health Network Advanced Physicians multispecialty group practice. Employed physicians receive comprehensive benefits and malpractice coverage.
