About The Position

Exciting Opportunity for Orthopedic Hand Surgeons in Duluth, MN Join a dynamic and well-established orthopedic practice that values collaboration and excellence in patient care. We are seeking a talented Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to become a vital part of our esteemed team. Why Choose Us? Collaborative Environment: Work alongside 14 skilled orthopedic surgeons and 8 dedicated NP/PAs, with sub-specialties in hand, shoulder and elbow, foot and ankle, pediatrics, sports medicine, podiatry, adult reconstructive, and trauma. Comprehensive Support: Benefit from onsite certified hand therapy, two dedicated hand APPs, and a supportive senior partner. Balanced Lifestyle: Enjoy a 1:9 compensated call rotation at a Level 1 Trauma Center, with approximately 30 call nights per year, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Working towards full call coverage by orthopedic trauma service. State-of-the-Art Facilities: Operate in a modern ambulatory surgery center with abundant OR access, supported by advanced practice practitioners and dedicated clinic staff. Community Impact: Engage in optional outreach opportunities and provide athletic team coverage for local professional, college, and high school sports teams. Top-Ranked Hospital: Practice at St. Mary’s Medical Center, a 330-bed tertiary care hospital and Level I Trauma Center, ranked among America’s Top 100 Hospitals and Fracture Care Programs. What We Offer: COMPENSATION: $622,119. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation. Cutting-Edge Technology: Utilize a dedicated EMR/EPIC system and be part of a HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 certified facility.
