Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications for MD/DO Medical Doctor with current, TX state licensure
  • Active DEA certification
  • Provider shall obtain, maintain and participate in the Medicaid/Medicare programs, Workers Comp, other federal and state reimbursement programs, and the payment plan of any commercial insurer HMO, PPO, accountable health plan, and other health benefit programs requested by Legacy
  • Ability to meet Legacy's EPIC proficiency requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Adult Medicine (Internal Medicine) preferred
  • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish-speaking) are preferred to better serve our diverse community
  • Minimum Qualifications for APP Completion of a program from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid license from the Texas Board of Nursing or Texas Physician Assistant Board.
  • Active DEA certification.
  • Minimum of two years of paid experience in Adult Medicine (Internal Medicine).
  • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish-speaking) are preferred to better serve our diverse community.
