About The Position

Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is recruiting a full time Board Certified or Board Eligible full-scope OB/GYN Physician to join a growing Sutter East Bay Medical Group. The position involves in office hysteroscopy, advanced laparoscopy, and robotic procedures. The work schedule includes an 8 hour office day with a goal of seeing 20-24 patients per day. The physician will be on call for about one 24-hour shift per week, totaling approximately 4-5 shifts per month, covering Eden Medical Center on a rotational basis. The practice is busy with an active waitlist for patients. The location is in Castro Valley, California, specifically at Eden Hospital and the medical office building at 20101 Lake Chabot Road. The group emphasizes a collaborative approach to practicing evidence-based medicine in a team-based manner, and is looking for a physician interested in full-scope obstetrics and gynecology.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted CA medical license or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Responsibilities

• Perform in office hysteroscopy and advanced laparoscopy procedures.
• Manage a full-scope obstetrics and gynecology practice.
• See 20-24 patients per day.
• Participate in a rotational call schedule covering Eden Medical Center.
• Collaborate with a team of OBGYNs to provide evidence-based care.
